Exchange and Returns

This policy applies to all purchases of electronic (digital) products on Hetman Marketing Shop, paid online via LiqPay or by other methods, unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page.

What Counts as a Digital Product

Digital products are electronic materials delivered without physical shipping, including PDF guides, checklists, templates, instructions, recordings and educational materials, and any other files or online access provided after payment.

When Exchange and Returns Do Not Apply

Once access to digital content has been provided, exchange and refunds for a product of proper quality (as described) are not offered. This aligns with the approach under Ukrainian law regarding digital content: after performance has begun (access has been granted), the customer loses the right to withdraw if they were properly informed and agreed.

A product is considered delivered once any of the following occurs:

  • access to the materials is granted;

  • a link is provided;

  • a file is opened or downloaded;

  • access is provided in a user account or sent to the email address specified during checkout.

When a Refund May Be Possible

A refund may be granted in exceptional cases if the issue occurred due to the seller’s fault or technical reasons that made it impossible to receive the product:

  • the digital product was not provided after successful payment;

  • the link or file does not work, the file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and resending access or replacing the file does not resolve the issue;

  • an accidental duplicate payment was made for the same order.

Whenever possible, we aim to resolve issues without a refund by resending access, replacing the file, or providing a correct link.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To submit a request, please contact support and include:

  • payer’s full name;

  • email and/or phone number used for the order;

  • payment date and amount;

  • payment method: LiqPay;

  • order number (if available);

  • a brief description of the issue and, if possible, screenshots.

Review Time and Refund Processing

Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used, i.e., back to the payer’s card/account via LiqPay. The actual time for funds to appear depends on the issuing bank and payment system rules and may take from a few hours to several banking days.

LiqPay-Specific Refund Rules

For LiqPay payments, refunds can only be issued to the payer’s original payment details used to complete the purchase. Refunds to another card or to third parties are not available.

In the case of a partial refund (if agreed), the refunded amount will be the amount specified in the decision on the request.

Important Information for the Customer

By placing an order and paying via LiqPay, the customer confirms that they:

  • have read the product description and understand they are purchasing a digital product;

  • agree to receive access to the digital product after payment;

  • have been informed that after access is provided, exchange and refunds for a product of proper quality are not offered, except in the cases described in this policy.
